1/ SHIPPING POLICY
COCOSIN supports delivery policy as follows
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm ( GMT +7 ).
As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in select cities.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility and we no longer have any responsibility for taking care of the goods from that point.
Shipping Times:
Express Shipping (only available for some countries) We will ship your order via DHL. Most of Asian countries: delivery within 1-3 business days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-5 business days.
Standard Shipping: Will be shipped via Epacket. Delivery time may vary from 3-7 days for most of Asian countries and up to 20-30 days for the rest of the world.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. COCO SIN cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
Tax: Any import tax shall be payable by our customers.
2/ EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to exchange, you must notify COCOSIN within 48 hours after successfully delivered.We will use the tracking number to verify the exact date.
All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
We highly recommend you to provide us with an unboxing video; or with photos of all items as It helps us to best review your return request
We can only accept exchanges once.
We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots
COCOSIN reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

We accept exchange in following occasions
- Sizing problem: We will accept one time exchange for sizing issues.
- Exchange to another product: We will accept one time exchange if you wish to change your recent purchase to another item. Surcharge may apply due to pricing differences.Customers who want to change the model/size, please pay the 2-ways shipping fee
- Damaged product: We will accept exchange if you have received our product in damaged condition. In this case, COCOSIN will be responsible for 2 ways shipping fees.

Returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags. We ask that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent.Items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- We only accept exchange, non-refundable.
- We do not accept exchange requests with the sale price
- We do not refund original shipping costs.
- Customize order can not exchanges or returns.
3/ RETURN POLICY

Since our products are limited we will not accept return nor refund if you are not satisfied with our products.
